Mobile Appointments: I am doing mobile appointments, as normal, as advised by my associations. 

Risk Assessments: I will be doing a risk assessment before each treatment, where I consider the health of each client. 

Length of Treatment: The longest length of time any client can be in the treatment room for now is 90 minutes. 

Break between Clients: Between each client, I will clean my facilities. This includes hard surfaces/ door handles and furniture. Please bear in mind our catch-ups will not be quite as long as usual as a result. 

Face Masks: I will be wearing a face mask when they are required in enclosed spaces,. Please also come with your own mask. If you arrive without yours, I will provide you with one. This is because of the risk of transmission from asymptomatic people, even if we both feel and look fit and healthy. 

Hand Sanitising: I will have lots of hand sanitiser for you to use and I will prompt you on when to use these.

Clothing and Shoes: When you arrive please leave your shoes by the door. I will then give you a box to put your clothes in once you are in the treatment room. This is a washable box that will be thoroughly cleaned between clients. 

Ventilation: I will be keeping my treatment room window open whenever possible to keep the room well ventilated. Between clients I will open all windows to allow for as much ventilation as possible. 

Cancellations: There will be no cancellation fee until further notice. Please please let me know, and cancel your appointment with me, if you feel unwell prior to your appointment. We can easily rearrange once you are feeling better. 

Water: Please arrive with your own water bottle filled with water. 

Payment: Wherever possible, please pay for your appointment via PayPal or bank transfer - just let me know your preference and I will provide you with my paying details.
